Born and raised in a small town in Kentucky, Olivia can trace her love for Florida and real estate all the way back to a young age. On vacations, Olivia and her mother would attend open houses for fun- thus exposing her to different home styles, architectural designs, and an eye for detail very early on. Olivia traveled to 30A regularly which led to her falling in love with everything the area has to offer.
After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in communications and a focus in business, Olivia left her family and friends behind to pursue her dream.
Now permanently residing on 30A, Olivia is furthering her real estate career with The Blankenship Group, working closely with Engel and Volkers 30A Beaches Owner Beau Blankenship and adding considerable value to her clients. Representing both buyers and sellers along the emerald coast's luxury real estate market, Olivia sets herself apart with a background in marketing, unrivaled work ethic, integrity, and honesty.
While in college, Olivia was the Live Sideline Host for the University of Kentucky Football team and the Gymnastics program. These days, outside of real estate when Olivia isn’t working, you can find her exploring 30A’s endless restaurants and ice cream shops, or of course relaxing on the beautiful beaches!
