She began her career working locally in new luxury home markets for one of the nation’s largest residential homebuilders after graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and management. Her approach to matching people with properties quickly established her as a top performer in the 30A real estate marketplace. A 30A local since 1994, Skylah holds an intimate knowledge and an up-close awareness of her surrounding coastal real estate market, an asset that she uses to ensure her clients’ desires are met perfectly. In addition to local expertise, her extensive experience in new construction, project management, design and development are distinguishing assets she uses in her commitment of guiding wise real estate decisions while helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
